Sunshine emits energy. It gives off warmth, feels vibrant, and lifts the mood. It has a lot in common with Kerri. They are both on fire.
You’ve met her before. She’s a personal trainer and fitness instructor who set some lofty goals a few years ago. In 2018, she aimed to become a Les Mills presenter. Now a Reebok-sponsored athlete, she made that dream a reality within a matter of months.
As enormous as those accomplishments are (and they are massive), her aspirations continue to rise. Over the last few years , she has been sharing her passion for fitness under the roof of a medical health and wellness facility.
For Kerri, fitness is a lifestyle. It is her happy place, her home, her passion, her trials and tribulations. It is how she lives. And she wants the same for her clients.
Her workouts don’t emphasize weight loss or a particular body shape. Instead, they are about finding inner strength to push physical strength (which builds inner strength.) Fitness is about being healthy, achieving goals, and moving beyond preconceived limitations. And it is for everyone.
Kerri doesn’t attract you with gimmicks or fads. Instead, she offers a variety of exercise formats, making it easy to find a method for anyone. She guides clients, finding what works for them so that they can enjoy the physical efforts and challenges that improve their lives.
Kerri’s personality shines as she brands her business. She gravitates toward cheerful colors that are also found in nature. These colors remind her of her favorite places and give her energy–energy which is then passed on to her clients.
The woman is fearless. And this inspires others to put their own fears aside.
She will never settle. As soon as one goal is met, another is set. She has a decisive way of meeting challenges face-on and making the most of difficult situations. When the pandemic hit and all of the gyms closed, she generously offered Zoom workouts to keep her gym’s clients fit at home. She is a ray of light in dark times.
Sunshine and fitness have similar abilities to lift moods–and there’s no questioning the heat they bring.
Kerri has an insane ability to meet all kinds of clients where they are and to cheerfully push them from there. Her positive energy is contagious. If you need a little lift, check her out on Facebook!
